What’s the difference between LVP and LVT?
Both are types of luxury vinyl flooring. LVP stands for luxury vinyl plank and typically comes in plank shapes with a wood look. LVT stands for luxury vinyl tile and typically comes in tile shapes with stone or ceramic-inspired designs. Durability, water resistance, and installation requirements depend on the specific product, rather than the name alone.
Which flooring services does Let’s Floor offer?
We install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood and engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and install stairs. We also review floor-repair projects. We do not install carpet.
How do I request a flooring estimate?
Use the estimate form to share your name, phone number, project city, and a short description. Include the rooms, approximate size if you know it, and the material you have in mind. We’ll follow up to clarify the scope.
Can you install flooring I already have?
Tell us the brand, product name, and how much material you have. We’ll review the installation instructions, suitability for your space, and material readiness as part of planning the project.
What affects the cost of flooring installation?
Project size, material type, existing flooring removal, subfloor preparation, stairs, trim, and transitions all affect the scope. An estimate should reflect the conditions of your home and your selected flooring.
Do I need to prepare my home before installation?
Discuss furniture, appliances, access, and existing flooring with us before work starts. Product-specific acclimation and preparation requirements vary, so we’ll review those with your selection.
Can you help with stairs or damaged flooring?
Yes. Describe your stairs or the flooring issue in your estimate request. Repairs depend on the damage, installation system, and whether matching material is available.
