Project Inquiries
Let’s Floor collects the contact information, city, project details and optional photos you submit so we can review your project and respond. We store inquiries and photos privately on our server. Inquiry records remain available for project follow-up; no automatic inquiry-deletion period is currently set. You can request access, correction or removal by emailing info@letsfloor.com.
Inquiry notifications are sent through Google Workspace to info@letsfloor.com. Inquiries are saved before notification delivery is attempted, and failed sends are queued for retry without erasing accepted requests.
Room Photos and AI Previews
Selecting a room photo first displays it in your browser. When you agree to processing and request a preview, your room photo, flooring selection, optional sample and special instructions are sent through this website to OpenAI for image processing. Avoid photos containing private documents or other sensitive details.
Original room photos and successful AI previews are stored privately on our server, tied to your browser session. Links expire after 24 hours. On staging, an hourly cleanup removes expired image files and metadata, so deletion may occur up to an hour after link expiry. Your estimate may retain a preview reference, but that reference does not preserve the image indefinitely. Generated previews are approximate illustrations.
Cookies and Analytics
Session cookies protect submissions and maintain your form and preview state. We hash network addresses for short-term inquiry rate limiting. The production site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, approximate location, devices and selected interactions. Analytics may use cookies. We do not send form contact details, inquiry text, uploaded photos or special instructions as analytics events. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Local and staging previews do not load Analytics.
